All of our shiraz vintages have been matured in the finest of American oak, both old and new.

2005 Shiraz
The 2005 Shiraz is more impressive.It has dark plum and rich chocolate aromas with spicy savoury influences.With both dark rich fruit flavours, licorice overtones and toasty oak on the palate, its finish is balanced, smooth and exciting. This is a delicious wine. It has received bronze, bronze and more bronze at the 2007 WA wine shows.

2006 Shiraz  
Our 2006 Shiraz has lovely ripe blackberry and plum aromatics complemented by spicy vanillan oak characters. The palate is soft and rich displaying an excellent core of plum, chocolate and mint flavours. The length of palate is impressive with lasting flavour and a fine silky tannin finish.

2009 Chardonnay
Our 2009 Chardonnay is sourced from grapes grown mainly in Margaret RiverThe aroma is of almond, peach blossom and French oak. Full of nectarine flavour, almond, and a little citus interest, this wine is as balanced as, and lingers as long as, the good life at Freshy Bay.

2007 Shiraz  
Our 2007 Shiraz was the winner of a Silver Medal at the Royal Perth Show 2009 plus Bronze at the QANTAS Wine Show 2009 This Shiraz has an excellent dark vibrant colour. The wine displays spicy dark plums, licorice and a little leather on the nose. It's palate is soft and juicy showing fruits of the forest flavours, combined with spicy oak and licorice that sublimes with a lovely creamy mocha finish.
